You may NOT use the artwork in any commercial way or any blockchain related technologies such as nfts, cryptocurrency and alike. If you do, every right to your artwork will be revoked, you will NOT be refunded and you will be blacklisted.

You may NOT use the artwork to train AI models

Depending on the severity, legal action might be taken.

Please let me know if you would like your commission to be posted anonymously or kept completely private, otherwise you will be tagged in the post

Opportunities to ask for changes are provided during every stage

You will receive progress shots after I finish each stage (sketch, lineart, color etc...)

If you have greenlit a progress shot changes will not be possible free of charge (5€ per change)

Payment will always be taken after you receive the first sketch

Payment is sent through a PayPal invoice on my side

Until the invoice is paid, work on the commission will be paused.

Please be money ready when you commission me

You will not receive a refund if you are not satisfied with the finished product, as you will get enough opportunities to request changes before I finish the artwork.

If you cancel the commission after I have already started working on it you will only receive a 50% refund

In the case of fraud/scam/chargeback you will be blacklisted and all rights for the artwork will be revoked

You will receive a full refund if I fail to provide updates for three months
